      • Shelving in the storeroom is partially constructed with unsealed particle board. Particle board can absorb moisture; there are currently stains on the shelving. Replace any damaged shelves and seal the surfaces so they are smooth, nonpermeable, and easy to clean.

      • The wall behind the mop sink is water damaged. Remove all water damaged materials and replace. Ensure the wall is non permeable and durable.This is a repeat violation.

      • The supplies for the handwash station are blocked by items stored in front of it. Move the handwashing supplies closer to the handwashing sink, to an area that will not be easily blocked by storage.

      • The flooring in the walk-in cooler is in disrepair. Repair the flooring to be smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable.Shelves in the walk-in cooler are unfinished pressboard which will absorb moisture. Refinish or replace the shelving so it is impervious to moisture. The wall behind the mop sink is water damaged. Remove all water damaged materials and replace. Ensure the wall is non permeable and durable.
