      • Dishwasher is not working. Until the dishwasher is fixed disposable customer utensils and glasses must be used. May 20, 2026:Owner / Operator states, "Dishwasher is not in use. All glassware used in the bar is washed in restaurant also, disposable cups are utilized"Repairing or getting a new glassware washer is recommended.

      • Dishwasher is not working. Until the dishwasher is fixed disposable customer utensils and glasses must be used.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There is evidence of water intrusion into the back of the bar. The source of water must be identified and corrected. All water damaged materials must be removed.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Ice machine requires cleaning.
