      • Hand sanitizer expired in 2024. The hand sanitizer was discarded during the inspection. Ensure that hand sanitizers used have NPN/DIN, alcohol content between 60 and 90%, and are not expired.

      • A sharp re-usable tool used for extractions during facials was observed. It was discarded during the inspection. Ensure that all sharp tools used for extractions are discarded after one use.

      • The manufacturer's instructions for use of Barbicide disinfectant were not followed. Please ensure that Barbicide is changed daily, as required.

      • The High-Frequency D-921 machine did not have manufacturer's instructions. Ensure that the manufacturer's instructions are available or discontinue use of the equipment.

      • The manufacturer's instructions for use of some cosmetic products used for eye area esthetics were not followed (some tints were used against manufacturer's instructions, and some tints, eyelash lift products and henna products expired in 2024 or 2025). Please discard.

      • 1. Re-usable cups were used for coffee/tea served to the clients, and no proper dishwashing was provided (the dishwasher did not have a sanitizing cycle and NSF certification). Ensure that no re-usable cups/spoons are used or discontinue service.2. Milk and cream were provided for clients', and no Food Permit was available. Discontinue service of food items requiring refrigeration or apply for the Food Permit.
