STAFF DINING ROOM THROUGHOUT THE ROOM SPECIALLY UNDER THE WALL RADIATORS AND BEHIND THE POP MACHINE. FIRST FLOOR RESIDENT DINING ROOM , OBSERVED RODENT DROPPINGS ON FLOOR, ON TOP THE SCREEN DOOR, FLOOR PANEL. ALSO INSIDE THE ICE MACHINE CLOSET. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE OF RODENT AND ROACHES. NEED TO SEAL ALL CRACKERS AND CREVICES THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN.NEED TO REPLACE MISSING CEILING THROUHGOUT THE PREMISES. NEED TO REMOVE ALL RUSTY WIRE BASKET AROUND THE GREASE TRAP AND DETAIL CLEAN THE AREA, DEBRIS. APPROX 70 OR MORE DROPPINGS. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-020.
