- X - It was observed that the alcohol-based hand rub (ABHR) labeled "Resurrection" used by staff does not have a DIN (Drug Identification Number) or NPN (Natural Product Number) approved by Health Canada.- Please discontinue the use of ABHR labeled "Resurrection" that does not have a valid DIN or NPN approved by Health Canada. Please purchase/replace it with ABHR that have the necessary approvals from Health Canada and has 60%-90% alcohol content.

- X - It was observed that the containers used for antiseptic and green soap were not appropriately labeled.- Please ensure to label containers to avoid confusion and potential mix-ups so that artists can easily identify and use the correct products during the tattoo procedures, reducing the risks of errors or mishaps.

- X - It was identified that when diluting tattoo inks, a potable or spring water was being used which was not sterile can pose risks of infections or contamination. - Please ensure to use sterile or distilled water for ink dilution. Sterile water or distilled water is free from harmful microorganisms and contaminants making it suitable for use in tattoo procedure.
