- Observation(s): Operator must repair the pizza prep fridge to ensure that the unit is able to keep the temperature below 4C. Operator relocated all hazardous foods into a different fridge until the pizza fridge is fixed.

- Observation(s): Operator must provide chlorine test strips. CHLORINE test strips can be purchased at ZEP store located in Penticton.

- Observation(s): Operator must provide Chlorine (i.e. bleach) for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Sanitizing spray bottles must be labeled.
