      • An outdoor cooking area was set up but a hand sink was not available for the outdoor cooking area. Please install a hand sink that is connected to hot and cold running water and is stocked with liquid hand soap and paper towel.

      • An outdoor cooking area was set up but a hand sink was fully setup to be used at time of inspection.- Ensure plumbed in 2+1 sink setup is connected to hot and cold running water and is stocked with liquid hand soap and paper towel.- Operator was able to hook up the plumbing and was fully stocked.
