    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • Main drains will expire on June 18, 2025. They must be replaced and updated documentation provided before reopening after the renovation closure. Ensure documentation is forwarded to the undersigned.

    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The controller pH (7.23) is not consistent with the manual pH (7.51). Retest and adjust or recalibrate the controller so that the pH is consistent.2. Significant leaking from the effluent line on the top of the pump. Maintenance manager is aware and noted that parts are on order.

      • The microbiological water samples submitted on 10 April 2024 and 16 April 2024 were unsatisfactory: HPC 1790 CFU/mL & 1310 CFU/mL resepctfully. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.

      • Debris was noted in the corners and along the edge of the pool. Vacuum out the debris.

      • The sample submitted on 29 June 2023 was unsatisfactory: HPC >57000 CFU/mL. No water samples have been submitted since the last unsatisfactory and in the last 6 weeks of the 2 that were submitted one was satisfactory and one was unsatisfactory.

      • Debris was noted in the SE corner of the pool. Vacuum out the debris.

      • Daily record sheets are not complete and missing the following documentation:1. Set points for the controller (pH and free chlorine)2. Visual checks of the suction outlet covers.A template copy will be emailed for the operator to use.
