      • 2-compartment sink is used to wash and sanitize equipment and containers in this facility.The jug of sanitizer attached to the dispenser was empty and was replaced by a staff member when requested by the inspector. Sanitizing sink was refilled and measured with a multi-quat test strip at 200 ppm.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Sanitizer solution dispensing unit is in disrepair.The button that activates the dispenser is not properly attached to the unit and must be held in place with a knife while it is actuated. Please ensure that equipment is repaired and properly maintained as to provide safe handling of food and operation for this facility.

      • Corners, dry storage area, and hard to reach areas, such as the floor beneath the dishwashing sinks were dirty with dust and food debris accumulating. Please ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.

      • A soft drink being consumed by an operator, was observed in the food processing area.The operator promptly removed it from the area.Please ensure all personal items are stored outside of the food preparation area, such as in the designated break room, to maintain proper hygiene and prevent contamination.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Scoops were observed stored directly in bulk food supplies, including flour.Please ensure all scoops used for bulk supplies are stored outside of the food products in a clean and sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of the food products.
