      • Bleach solution in a spray bottle was not labelled. Please ensure that all spray bottles are labelled appropriately, even those containing water. This will ensure that all staff members are able to easily determine which products they are using.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • First aid kit antiseptic wipes were expired. Please obtain new antiseptic wipes for first aid kit. Other than the expired antiseptic wipes, the first aid kit was stocked with necessary supplies, stored appropriately and readily available.
