      • A pipe was observed with a rag in it instead of a proper cap. See attached picture. OUTSTANDING

      • New operator needs to submit an notificaiton form.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • The hair dressing area needs a thorough cleaning and must be cleaned at the end of each day. Dirty equipment needs to be cleaned and disinfected at the end of the day to ensure there is enough contact time. Equipment that is no longer used should be removed from the room or stored separately.There was a container of shampoos and toothpaste observed being stored directly on the floor (removed during inspection).

      • What appears to be barbacide was observed in a drinking container with the label removed (dark blue substance in plastic water bottle). There was no label on this bottle. Discarded at the time of inspection.Decanted chemicals must be properly labeled and stored appropriately i.e. never in a old food container.
