     • The roof appears to be leaking as there is water damaged ceilings observed throughout the establishment. Please repair the roof and then repair the ceilings i.e. ceilings need to be smooth and impervious to moisture. OUTSTANDING

     • Garbage bags are not food grade and may not be used to cover foods. As discussed, garbage bags are often made out of recycled plastics and have deodorizers making them unsafe for foods.
