      • Chlorine sanitizer measured greater than 200 ppm. This is too strong.
      • Chlorine sanitizer must be maintained between 100-200 ppm and tested using a chlorine test strip. Corrected during inspection. Comments From last inspection report: potable water hose located on site. Discussed filling and discharge procedures with operator. Protective temperatures were in compliance. Operator to ensure temperatures are measured and documented daily. Hand sink supplied with hot water, soap and paper towels. Overall cleanliness and sanitation was adequate.

      • A non-potable water hose was observed plumbed to the trailer form an exterior spigot. The spigot was shared with an RV through a Y valve.
      • They Way the hose was connected to the spigot could allow back-siphonage of contaminated water into the potable water tank. the hose was also not rated for drinking water. The water in the tank must be replaced with clean sanitary water using a potable water hose that is NSF/ANSI 61 rated. The exterior spigot connection must have a backflow preventor to prevent back siphonage prior to use. Do not plumb the trailer into a water supply unless there is also a plumbed wastewater connection to prevent overfilling of wastewater tanks. Correct immediately. Comments Facility was not in operation at the time of the inspection. Operator was instructed to remain closed until safe water and wastewater connection were in place.
