      • Several food items (desserts, cookies, salad, cheese) were on buffet (volunteer and broadcaster buffets) with no covers/lids and/or sneeze guards). All foods need to be protected from customer contamination. There were no utensils for the cookies or fruit in the broadcaster tent. Please ensure there is utensils and/or deli papers available for customers to handle the foods with.
