    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Sneezeguard in front of prep cooler by till not yet installed. Shelf installed in front that will help protect food on prep cooler cutting board; was advised person on-site at this time to install panel between the two levels of the shelf.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No quat testing strips were on site to test quat concentration used on utensils and food contact surfaces. Obtain quat testing strips. Were ordered at time of inspection and arriving tomorrow.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There is an area between the floor and the baseboard (to the left of the three-compartment sink) where there is a gap (grout missing). Please fill in the gap to prevent moisture and debris from accumulating in this area. Person on-site at this time with grout to fill it.
