- The pool has only one return outlet, which is in contrast to its original design which called for 4 return outlets. Engineer may need to reassess to determine whether the pool needs to meet current building code requirements. Provide proof of compliance.
- 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
- 1. There is only one functioning main drain. There are no other anti-entrapment measures in place and drain covers appear expired.2. There were electrical wires observed in the skimmer lines which impede flow and may pose a safety hazard. Remove all wires impeding the lines.
- 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- There is a leak in the single functioning main drain line, which has ultimately compromised the integrity of the pool basin. Address the leak and conduct repairs are required. Plans may need to go through planchecking prior to approval to reopen.
