- Green cutting board in back area is rough/worn and should be replaced to ensure it is adequately cleaned/sanitized between uses.
- 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
- Surface sanitizer (QUATs) was mixed too strong in spray bottle; test strips provided on site. Ensure QUATs is mixed between 200 and 400ppm and concentration confirmed with test strips (both sanitizer in spray bottle and in 3rd compartment of sink for sanitizing dishes).
