      • No bulk supply of chlorine (bleach) was able to be located onsite. Operator stated they were going to be bringing it in the afternoon. - Please ensure there is always bleach onsite so you can properly wash, rinse, and sanitize utensils/dishes.

      • No chlorine test strips could be located onsite. - Please acquire appropriate test strips. Ensure they are available whenever you are in operation.

      • Hand soap was not out at the sink. - Soap was acquired, please ensure soap and paper towels are available at the sink when in operation.

      • Initially the hand sink was blocked with soap/cups. Items were removed. - Ensure this sink remains free for handwashing.
