- All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. Must label bulk containers in prep area.

- All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Prep reach in coolers rubber door gaskets ripped. Must repair/replace all damaged coolers door gaskets.

Must clean and maintain all unclean equipment.

- The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Basement washroom ceiling ventilation cover loose. Must reattach cover to ceiling.

- Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. Basement washroom door not self closing. Must install self closing device for washroom door.
