     • The bleach spray measured 25 ppm and was corrected during inspection to 100 ppm. Ensure spray is changed and checked regularly using test strips.
   • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
     • Scoops for hot drinks were left with the handle in the food. Do not store scoops directly in the food as this can lead to cross contamination during handling. Scoops were removed and placed in the washing bin during inspection.
