- The change table in the baby washroom had an accumulation of debris and hair underneath the mat and on the lower shelving where supplies are stored.Routinely remove the mat and supplies to thoroughly clean and disinfect the change table.

- When asked about procedures for playdough, the operator explained that bulk playdough is portioned for an activity, then returned to the bulk supply and reused for approximately one week.Portion playdough individually for each child.Store used playdough in a labelled container or bag with the child’s name if it will be reused. Children to play with their own individually portioned playdough.Do not recombine used playdough into a shared bulk supply, as this can lead to cross-contamination between children.

Cannot be cleaned in this state.- To be painted with high gloss paint for ease of cleaning.3. Behind the infants toilet there is damaged and dirty wood finishing. - To be made smooth, non-absobent and easy to clean.4. 2 toilet seats are worn out and cannot be properly cleaned.- To be replaced.5.
