- August 18, 2025:Observed the same violation.Two-sided measuring scoops are being stored directly in the food (ready to eat foods, and other foods). This practice is not acceptable. Cross contamination from hands touching the scoop will contaminate the food.Scoops should NEVER be stored directly in the food, and two-sided scoops are even WORSE, making it impossible to keep your hands from contaminating both the scoop and the food.Correction:-Ensure that scoops are not stored directly in the food.
