- Observation: Liquid soap and paper towels dispensers have not been installed adjacent to the hand washing sinks in the drive-thru and front service areas. Staff are unable to wash their hands frequently or easily, as the closest hand washing sink is in the back kitchen. Owner showed that he had the items in the store, but has not installed them yet. This was mentioned in the previous inspection and required to be completed in April 2022.
- Corrective Action(s): Immediately install liquid soap and paper towel dispensers at the mentioned sinks. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of orders, tickets, and/or fines.

- 2) The ice machine has a crack in the plastic lid frame. Pieces of plastic crack and fall into the ice and get into drinks, and debris could fall into the ice through the cracks.
- Corrective Action(s): 1) Repair or replace the faucet so it is secured and sealed to the counter top, and the hot and cold water can be easily turned on and off.
