      • The concentration of the QUAT sanitizers used on food contact surfaces and during dishwashing was 0 ppm. The operator replaced the QUAT sanitizer because it was past its expiration date; however, the concentrated solution did not appear to be moving through the dispenser tube, and the concentration remained at 0 ppm. The facility manually prepared a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer for temporary use. Please ensure that the QUAT sanitizer dispenser is in good working condition.

      • The following was observed during inspection:- A metal scraper was being stored between the backsplash and the wall - Metal tongs kept in container with browniesEquipment should be stored in such a way that both foods and equipment are protected from contamination. For example, the tongs can be stored outside the containers.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hot water was turned off for the handwashing sink across from the drive-thru window at the time of inspection because faucet is leaking. The operator war instructed to keep the hot water available while the facility is in operation.Ensure that the handwashing sinks are supplied with hot water while the facility is in operation.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • The handwashing sink across from the drive-thru window has a hot water leak.Please ensure that the faucet is in good repair.
