- Quat's solution in sanitizer buckets and 3 compartment sink was measured to be 100-150 ppm, too low of a concentration for effective sanitization. An onsite staff member remade the solution. When retested the sanitizer measured 200 ppm, the required concentration amount unless otherwise stated on manufacturer's instructions.Please ensure that sanitizers are checked throughout the day to ensure a proper concentration of 200 ppm.
