    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The handwashing sink in the back kitchen area was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and a garbage receptacle. However, the soap dispenser at the handwashing sink in the front kitchen area was not functioning. Please ensure that soap is available at all times at the handwashing sink in the front food handling area.

      • Quat's solution in sanitizer buckets and 3 compartment sink was measured to be 100-150 ppm, too low of a concentration for effective sanitization. An onsite staff member remade the solution. When retested the sanitizer measured 200 ppm, the required concentration amount unless otherwise stated on manufacturer's instructions.Please ensure that sanitizers are checked throughout the day to ensure a proper concentration of 200 ppm.
