DBA OF 2011 W 63RD ST IS NICKS GYROS NOT DANIELLA'S TAMALES. NO TAMALES, GORDITAS, ETC SOLD AT NICKS GYROS. FOOD MUST BE PREPACKAGED AND OBTAINED FROM NICKS GYROS NAME AND MENU MUST MATCH.
- 2. FACILITIES TO MAINTAIN PROPER TEMPERATURE
- All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous food shall have adequate refrigerated food storage facilities. All food establishments that prepare, sell, or store hot food shall have adequate hot food storage facilities. INADEQUATE TEMPERATURE OF HOT HOLDING UNIT 120 F HEATING APPLIANCES MUST BE KEPT AT A MINIMUM OF 180F DURING PERIOD FOOD IS BEING HEATED. HEATED FOOD MUST HAVE AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145F. INADEQUATE TEMPERATURE OF COLD HOLDING UNIT 75.5F. COLD FOOD MUST MAINTAIN 40 F OR BELOW.
