- Observation(s): Observation: During the inspection, a food handler was observed washing and reusing single-use gloves while handling food. Corrective Action: Food handlers must remove and discard gloves when switching between tasks, handling contaminated items, or when gloves become soiled or damaged. Hands must be thoroughly washed before putting on a new pair of gloves to help prevent the spread of contamination and ensure safe food handling practices are maintained.
