    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • *Several electrical outlets accessible to children in the main basement room did not have protective plugs. Please ensure that electrical outlets have plug covers. *There was a broken electrical outlet plate cover on the main floor of the community league. Please ensure all electrical plate covers are in good repair.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Several sanitary wipes were expired in the first aid kit and needed to be replaced.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • There were no test strips onsite to verify the disinfectant was at the appropriate concentration for disinfection.Ensure you have valid test strips so the sanitizer solution can be regularly tested to verify it is at an adequate concentration for disinfection.
