      • Operator did not have written procedure documents prepared. Written procedure documents will be emailed and relevant forms should be filled out.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Facility has PREempt CS-20 available for disinfecting semi-critical equipment and a suitable vessel which submerges the equipment entirely during disinfection. The operator also has the appropriate test strips and tests the CS-20 regularly. The operator uses a low-level disinfectant for non-critical equipment such as the non-recirculating footbath. The operator did not have high-level disinfection logs prepared. A log template will be emailed to the operator.
