- Operator must ensure staff are monitoring the chemical levels of the warewasher on a regular basis and ensure chemical containers are replaced as needed.

- Surface sanitizer buckets at the servery station did not have the required 200ppm quat concentration required to properly sanitize surfaces.
- Ensure staff are replacing the sanitizer buckets on a more frequent basis and are checking the concentration of the sanitizer using test strips. Comments Routine inspection conducted today. Facility is clean and well maintained. All hot holding 60°C or above and cold holding 4°C or below protective temperatures are in compliance with Health requirements. Protective temperatures are being monitored electronically.
