      • Observation(s): - cleaner being used for front of house does not have sanitizer (chlorine bleach, quat, hydrogen peroxide) - cleaner can be used to wash counters and surfaces, and follow up with a sanitizer to kill any possible pathogens left - sanitizer is best mixed with lukewarm water - same sanitizer at same concentration can be used as what is currently in use in back of house (bleach @200ppm)

    Deville Coffee is one of my favourite coffee shops in Kelowna! The café is spacious with plenty of seating, making it a great place to relax or get some work done. They have a good variety of drinks and food on the menu, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I tried the Nutella latte—it was really good, even if it wasn’t anything too unique. Overall, it’s a great coffee shop and definitely worth a visit if you’re in Kelowna.

    I just walked in, needing some breakfast and hot chocolate. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely and clean atmosphere. The lady who served me was lovely and very patiently explained the difference between the hot chocolate when I asked. My order was ready very quickly and looked great. It's And I was extremely happy with the bread of the bacon and egg sandwich, it was lovely and soft and warm. I highly recommend this lovely cafe. It's also dog friendly.

    The food is enjoyable and most of the staff is wonderful but I sat in hoping to avoid getting too much single use garbage. I sadly learned they do not have any cups for cool drinks that aren't single use plastic which I was disappointed by. I also wish that the sauce that comes with food wasn't in a single use plastic container and instead in a reusable ramekin. I do understand the urge to avoid dishes in a higher volume environment, but I was disappointed none the less.

    Ordered a latte first time here - had zero coffee taste - tasted like milk and caramel. Colour was super light. Had to pay for extra shots of coffee. Not impressed. Otherwise the atmosphere is really nice.

    Me and my partner went here as he was obsessed with their mocha! For my first time I've got to say he wasn't wrong haha. We ordered a large mocha, a large caramel latte, and the almond crossiant. All tasted spectacular and was good sizing for the price. Inside is decorated nicely and is accessible, I couldn't reccomend coming here more!
