- Observation(s): - cleaner being used for front of house does not have sanitizer (chlorine bleach, quat, hydrogen peroxide) - cleaner can be used to wash counters and surfaces, and follow up with a sanitizer to kill any possible pathogens left - sanitizer is best mixed with lukewarm water - same sanitizer at same concentration can be used as what is currently in use in back of house (bleach @200ppm)
