      • QUAT based cleaner disinfectant provided in a spray bottle. According to label it requires 1o minutes contact time and rinse with potable water for use on food contact surfaces. No rinse required food grade sanitizer must be provided for food contact surfaces.Please email me picture of a food grade sanitizer provided.

      • There was no hot water available. Plumber arrived at the site during the inspection and detected water leak on the hot water tank. Will be replacing the hot water tank. Please ensure hot water is available prior to next kitchen use.Kitchen cannot be operated without hot water.
