    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The red mat for the bench was in disrepair and an upholstered stool was also in disrepair (ripped and taped up).Corrective Action:- Director removed the tape and properly repaired the surface of these the same day.- Moving forward, please ensure equipment is maintained at all times in good repair, in proper working order and in a clean and sanitary condition.

      • - Paint chipping on walls- Hole in the ceiling in the daycare area- A large hole taped up with garbage bags near pipe in the washroom; Munesh communicated access was required to the pipe during renovations and will be repaired

      • - Wooden chairs chipped at the tables near the fridge - Numerous carpets with fraying edges/corners
