- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Signs of mouse activity, especially in customer food storage areas and by the card display cases. Observed mouse droppings on shelves and floor of these areas. Also observed two chip packaged that appear to have be chewed through by mice.Work with the pest control company. Ensure areas where there are signs of mice activity are thoroughly cleaned. Staff must wear PPE when doing any cleaning.
