Clean high touch areas. Outstanding issue Rugs with edges taped to the floor were visibly dirty. Extensive use of tape on the floor. Preschool room had rubber squares taped to the floor, they were very dirty and damaged.Reduce the use of tape on the floors. Reduce the number of rugs in the facility and only use ones that can be laundered easily.
