      • Some walls/finish throughout the facility are not in good repair and are rough especially in the Toddler room. Repair/repaint affected areas to ensure a smooth, durable, impervious and easy to clean surface. - outstanding issue High touch areas are noted to be very dirty (door frames, walls, baseboards, ledges). Clean high touch areas. Outstanding issue Rugs with edges taped to the floor were visibly dirty. Extensive use of tape on the floor. Preschool room had rubber squares taped to the floor, they were very dirty and damaged.Reduce the use of tape on the floors. Reduce the number of rugs in the facility and only use ones that can be laundered easily.
