      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Heat for two donair machines were turned off and the meats were measured at 40C. This is a repeated violation.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not turn off donair machine at any time. Hot potentially hazardous food must be hot held above 60C at all times. Repeating this violation in the future will result enforcement actions.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large buckets (approximately 10L) tzatziki sauce stored in the glass door cooler were measured with internal temperature of 9.5C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforementioned tzatziki sauce.The sauce was adulterated with bleach. Cold potentially hazardous food must be stored at 4C or less at all times.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two donair meat cones on the cooking equipment were measured with food temperature of 24C. The heat on two machines were not turned on. Staff stated the equipment was turned off to prevent overheating the meat.
      • Corrective Action(s): The heat on the two cooking equipment were turn back on. Do not turn off the cooking equipment. Meats needs to be cooked properly and maintained at least 60C or above. Repeating this violation in the future will result enforcement actions.

      • 2. Opened can of olive was stored in the preparation cooler with a plastic bowl inside.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Separate the raw meats from vegetables. Raw meats must be stored away from fruits, vegetables and ready to eat food to prevent contamination.
      • 2. Food must be transferred out of the metal can into a food grade container once its opened. Plastic bowl should not be use to scoop food nor stored inside the can. Correct by: immediately.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
      • 1. Onions observed stored in containers lined with black garbage bags. Containers are observed stored directly on the floor. Staff removed the onions from the container and discarded the black garbage bags. All onions were placed into a food safe container and stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
      • 2. Bottle of bleach observed stored above large container of sauce. Staff moved the bleach bottle to the chemical storage area during time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Black garbage bags must never be used to store food as the bags may leach toxic chemicals into the food. Ensure all food is stored in food grade containers, stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered. Ensure chemicals are stored away from foods at all times to prevent potential chemical contamination.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the three burners for donair meat observed turned off during inspection. Staff turned on the burner during inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): All potentiallyl hazardous foods must be stored at 60'C or higher at all times or at 4'C or lower to prevent bacteria growth and/or toxin production. The donair burners must be kept turned on at all times prior to being secondary cooked.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station located at back not supplied with liquid soap during time of inspection. Wall-mounted automatic dispenser is not functioning. Staff placed soap in a dispenser next the hand washing station.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing stations are supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water to facilitate proper handwashing practices prior to food handling.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two dented cans (2X2.84L) of olives observed in the dry storage area. Staff removed the cans off the shelf to be discarded and/or returned to the supplier.
      • Corrective Action(s): Check all food packaging to ensure they are in good condition before foods are stored on premises to ensure they are protected from contamination. Dented cans may put the food at risk of aerobic conditions which can allow bacterial growth and/or toxin production. All dented cans must be returned to the supplier or discarded.
