      • The chemical dishwasher was only able to dispense ~50ppm chlorine which was not sufficient. Please ensure dishwasher can dispense >100ppm chlorine. Facility must manually wash and sanitize dishes in the 3-com sink until the dishwasher can dispense sufficient sanitizer.
