- Written procedures provided were incorporated into the employee handbook and sent back to the district PHI.

- Discussed bulk product procedures. There were several scoops present in the bulk product container and new product was reported poured on top of old product. Discussed storage and rotation of stock (new product was to be on the bottom to help ensure older product is used up in a timely manner.
