- Discussed the lack of dishwashing available. The single sink and the domestic dishwasher without a sani cycle was not sufficient for dishwashing. Options were a commercial dishwasher or single use customer dishes and utensils. Picture received following inspection the reusable dishes were for display only and there were single use cups available for the customers.
- 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
- FHP application was requested and completed. Will be sent out once process is complete.
