- No sharps container was present. Please obtain an appropriate container and send a picture for confirmation.

- Cosmetic products were filled from bulk supply that was being kept off-site. Please ensure bulk supply is kept on-site so labelling information can be verified. Re-iterated proper cosmetic labelling requirements with the operator which includes manufacturer, product name, ingredients and directions for use. Label information from bulk supply was obtained during inspection.
