- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Evidence of mice were found in two lower cupboards. Droppings were found. Mice had been trapped not too long ago. Hopefully the mice got in through an open door and there are no access points. Please monitor closely and ensure to remove evidence.
