      • Some of the disinfectant bottles were expired. The staff member onsite confirmed that the expired bottles are being refilled and that they have additional disinfectant stored in the back storage area. When refilling empty bottles, ensure new labels with updated expiry dates are applied.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • Some of the chair surfaces were deteriorated and not smooth or easily cleanable. Please repair or replace these surfaces. All surfaces must be smooth, impervious to moisture, and made of easily cleanable material
