      • 1. Sharp push pins are being used in the explorer studio room to hang up decorations.Please remove the pins.2. The cords for the hanging blinds are dangling down and can be a potential choking hazard.Please install hooks for the blind cords so they can be wrapped around and not accessible to children.3. The kitchen door does not lock and is accessible to children.Please install a baby gate or barrier.4. Pinch guards are missing for the infant room doors.Please install guards to prevent potential injuries.

      • 1. Updated first aid kit required on site. Items missing including emergency blankets.Please review the first aid kit requirements and replenish any missing items.

There is not enough storage space for bedding inside the existing cubbies in several of the classrooms.Please install additional storage cabinets and ensure bedding can be stored in a sanitary manner (ie. bedding should not be touching one another).2. The existing blinds do not block off enough sunlight for napping.Please make modifications to ensure enough lighting is blocked for nap time.
