- 1.Various finishes across the facility were in disrepair resulted in exposed wood and surfaces not being smooth and easy to clean. Areas included:- Toddler B door- Nursery room door- Age 3/4 room door- Toddler A room door- Basement hallway above the benches. Please refinish/repair all damaged surfaces throughout the facility so they are smooth and easy to clean. 2. - Toddler room A: Diapering pad had a large rip in it. Repair or replace diapering pad so that it is smooth and easily cleanable. **** Update April 15th 2024 Re-inspection **** 1. There was exposed unfinished wood under the diaper change bed. Staple pins were used to hold the leathery surface used to wrap the diaper change bed which created several folds around and under the bed making it difficult to clean.Replace the diaper change bed and ensure the surface for the diaper change bed is smooth, non-absorbent and cleanable. 2. Safety belts were not secured to the diaper change table.Please secure the safety belts to the diaper change table to prevent the risk of falling.
