      • Clinic manager provided puncture resistant container for the disposal of lancets at time of inspection.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Cavi-wipe expired in Jan. 2022. RTU disinfectant cleaner expired in Aug. 2022. Charu indicated that the RTU disinfectant spray bottle was refilled from a non-expired bulk. Provide photo evidence when the new cavi-wipe is obtained. Provide photo evidence of the non-expired RTU. Please ensure to wash, rinse and dry the bottle before refilling and to date the bottle with the appropriate expiry date before use.
