      • The container of CS20 had expired in July 2025. Please do not used expired disinfectant.- Operator acquire new CS20 during inspection and expires Jan 2026.

      • 1) No test strips available for CS20 at time of inspection. Operator could not locate them.- Acquire test strips for CS20 and check the expiry date.2) No high level disinfectant monitoring log for testing CS20.- Monitoring log will be sent to operator via email. Please print and utilize the monitoring log.

    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • 1. The nail station was not properly cleaned and showed signs of dust accumulation.2. The client bed in the waxing room had not been cleaned after the previous use.3. A used towel was left by the sink in the treatment room.
