      • The diapering station safety belt trap in the Ladybugs room is cut off and no longer functional. - Please replace the diapering safety belt.

      • Workers and children in the three rooms (honeybees, ladybug, and butterflies rooms) are washing hands at the sinks that are used for diapering.- Discussed with the owner that hand sinks at the diapering stations must only be used for diapering. The hand sink in the middle room (ladybug room) will be used for staff and children handwashing only. No diapering is currently performed in that room and will not be performed in the future.

      • The hand sinks at the diapering stations located in the honeybees, ladybug, and butterflies rooms are currently being used to wash toys, trays, and some water bottles. -These hand sinks must be used only for diapering purposes (for staff to wash hands after performing diaper changing). - Toys, trays, and bottles should be cleaned and sanitized in a designated toy washing sink.

      • One air hockey pusher is damaged in the OSC room.Please ensure all play equipment are maintained in proper working order to ensure children safety.
