      • Flow meter not working for whirlpool. Provide working flow meter so flow can be assessed daily (to ensure adequate turnover is being achieved.

      • Record corrective actions when water quality is not acceptable. Some low chlorine values noted on records. Confirm and record that chlorine has been returned to satisfactory level and/or controller calibrated.
