- 1. Water at hand sinks was too hot (50C+) for comfortable handwashing. Ensure water temperature is maintained at a satisfactory temperature for handwashing.2. Hand sink closest to dishwasher did not have running water (possibly power interruption).3. Hand sink across from dishwasher was missing paper towel. *Note, although there were some issues with hand sinks, there were handsinks available that were functional and stocked.
