      • Observed raw wood along wall near office in receiving area. Must seal, paint or seal all porous surfaces. Instructed all surfaces must be non-porous, smooth and easily cleanable. Must maintain same.
    • 34. FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED
      • Observed excessive debris and dirt accumulation on floor in front area under computer station, and on floors under front counter; and under shelving along the walls of the sales floor. Must remove detail clean and sanitize. Must maintain same. Observed items stored directly on the floor in rear corner of storage/receiving area and in restroom hallway. Must elevate all items at least 6 inches above the floor. Must maintain same. Observed damaged coving in rear storage/receiving area. Must repair/install new coving along all bottoms of walls in this area. Must maintain same.

      • Observed peeling paint on wall in front of store, near cart storage. Must make smooth and easily cleanable. Must maintain same. Observed stained ceiling tiles in restrooms. Must replace and maintain same.
